Kephart Plaza

Kephart Plaza is a privately owned, 100 – 1 bedroom apartment community. We provide quality, affordable (HUD Section 8) and smoke-free housing for qualified elderly or disabled individuals. Our large Community Room is available and accessible to our residents for games, book reading, watching TV, playing pool and social gatherings. We are close to the Clinton County Community Center for the Lock Haven area. Our Resident Service Coordinator coordinates supportive services as well as scheduling wellness and educational programs. Kephart Plaza is on the local bus stop through River Valley Transit (Clinton County Connector).
