Baldwin Oaks

Baldwin Oaks Apartments is a community offering a great Senior residence experience, within our four-story complex. We offer one-bedroom units which include units especially designed for handicapped and disabled residents. Our facility has a full-time maintenance staff, as well as an emergency call system in each apartment. We are close to churches, stores, hospitals, doctors and dentist offices and within walking distance to public transportation. You can access NJ and NY transit bus servcie to and from NY, just a walk away, to Route 46. There is an onsite Social Services Coordinator to assist with any needs. Additionally, the Town offers free bus transportation to local stores and Parisippany’s Community Center.
